Terms and Conditions
Policy
Introduction
Veil and Vanity has created our Terms and Conditions to provide peace of mind for any individual, company, or organization ("client"), who ventures onto Veil and Vanity's website. Our goal is to set clear conditions for both parties to abide by. These terms and conditions will be reflected and further explained in the paragraphs below.
Process
These terms and conditions are applicable to two parties. The first party, the client, is any individual, company, or organization engaging in the services that Veil and Vanity is providing. The second party is Deanna Mittl, who is the owner and representative of Veil and Vanity, she is the one who will be responsible for performing services listed on Veil and Vanity’s pricing page.
Veil and Vanity will provide the necessary forms required to reserve services. Once the contract has been sent to the client, the client has one week to sign and send the contract back to Veil and Vanity. If the client fails to complete and sign the contract within that timeframe, the hold for the event date will be forfeited and will be available to other prospects to book.
Once the contract has been signed and sent back to Veil and Vanity an invoice will be sent to make a deposit. See deposits for further details. The client will have 72 hours from the time it was sent. If the client does not pay the invoice within 72 hours, then the contract will be voided and the client's appointment for the client's wedding or trial will not be confirmed. Once the invoice has been paid, Veil and Vanity will send the client a confirmation email to show that the client has successfully scheduled their trial date and/or wedding date along with a signed copy of the contract from the artist.
Deposits
To reserve services with Vav a 25% deposit is due at time of booking for events over 6 months in advance. Services within 6 months of the inquiry require a 50% deposit. The client is responsible for paying the remaining 50% of the cost of the service a month prior to the wedding date. For events scheduled less than 30 days in advance need to be paid in full. Deposits are non refundable. An invoice will be sent once we receive a signed contract.
Refund Policy
We understand that weddings can be expensive and can have a large impact on people’s finances, however, Veil and Vanity will not grant any refund under any circumstances of the clients responsibility due to the high volume of interest and scheduling purposes.
